The Process
Unique Property Refurbs goes through a conception and design stage with you to help determine the factory and warehouse design you are looking for. At this stage we map out several realistic ideas for the project and ensure that we provide realistic projections for the work to take place.
We work with architects to ensure the work will be practical and even in the cases of properties required for heavy duty work such as a warehouse, beautifully designed. After completion and when the factory refurbishment has taken place, we will complete a full qualitative review of the commercial fit out and refurbishment to make sure that the job meets and exceeds our exacting expectations.
